A $100 refundable bond is required at check-in on a valid credit card under the guest’s name.
Valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests and must match the reservation.
The refundable bond covers incidentals, damages, additional cleaning or policy breaches. If no charges apply, the bond will be refunded to the same credit card upon check-out. Depending on your issuing bank, this may take 2–5 business days to be processed.
For contactless payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay), the same device must be presented at check-out to process the refund.
