We wish to advise that following advice from our elevator contractor, urgent maintenance works are required on the hotel’s lift system. As Aurea Hotel has only one elevator servicing the guest floors, the lift will be temporarily out of service from 13 April 2026 – 27 April 2026, while these works are carried out.
During this period, access to all accommodation rooms will be via the stairwell only. Guests should take this into consideration when making their reservation. Our team will endeavour to have staff available during peak check-in periods to assist guests with luggage where possible.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these essential works to ensure the safety and reliability of our facilities.
